Working Experience:
- Su Min Chu was appointed Human Resources Director in 2026, following her role as Head of Human Resources for Taiwan and Hong Kong and Area Talent & Organisation Effectiveness Lead for North Asia, based in BAT Japan, after rejoining BAT in 2023.
- Since first joining BAT in 2013, Su Min has held a range of HR roles, including Global Mobility Associate, HR Shared Services Lead, and HR Business Partner, building extensive experience across global and regional HR operations.
- With more than 10 years of HR experience across Asia, Su Min has held leadership positions at Unilever (2018-2023) and BAT, specialising in talent management, organisational effectiveness, learning and development, and business partnering across multiple markets.
