BAT MALAYSIA ONCE AGAIN RECOGNISED AS TOP EMPLOYER
- British American Tobacco Malaysia Berhad (BAT Malaysia) was recognized as the Best Employer in Malaysia for the sixth consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute. BAT Malaysia also received the Best Employer in Asia Pacific award as well as being one of the 15 Best Global Employers recognized worldwide by the Top Employers Institute
- The group was selected based on its excellent strategy and personnel practices in addition to its consistency and commitment in enriching the world of work on a global scale.
- In the meantime, the Director of Human Resources, Adrita Datta expressed her pride in the recognition of the work environment at the company in terms of giving opportunities to employees to develop thus proving it to be an inclusive and diverse workplace. "Our core strength is our focus on driving high performance, developing the next generation of leaders while valuing employee diversity and creating an engaging culture where individuals and teams can succeed.
